It's so comfortable and thick, and even features some shapewear-type support around the tummy. Marshall (5'7" and 140 pounds) got a Medium, and this bodysuit is extra long. They could have gone with a Small as well because of the stretch. The cut is perfect, and it's double-layered, but the second layer doesn't connect at the bottom. Elaine (5'5", 114 pounds, 34D, 26, 34) bought a Small, and this bodysuit is double-lined and does not show through. There is lots of compression all around and it holds up the girls well and keeps them in place. She wishes they made this in a camisole, as she would buy a lot more.
